Our Mission

At Red River Rehab, we are committed to providing personalized healthcare from local therapists with ties in the community. We pride ourselves on offering 100% one-on-one, therapist-to-patient treatment at all times, which is rarely found in today's clinics. Our team has grown significantly over the years with the addition of new therapists and equipment, including spine-oriented hands-on approaches and a traction table. We are proud to offer dry needling as part of our treatment options.

Our services include:

1. Outpatient Physical Therapy: Our full-time physical and speech therapy outpatient clinic provides personalized healthcare from local therapists with ties in the community. We have experienced therapists who are trained in manual therapy, chronic pain control, and myofascial release, among other areas.

2. Skilled Nursing Facilities: We offer therapy services to skilled nursing facilities, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.

3. Home Health Services: Our team provides therapy services to home health agencies in Central Louisiana, bringing quality care directly to our patients' homes.

Meet the Staff

1. Richard Villemarette, PT: Outpatient Physical Therapist and Outpatient Manager. Richard brings over 30 years of clinical experience to our team and has practiced in various clinical settings including outpatient orthopedic, home health, and geriatric. He is passionate about educating patients to understand their condition or ailment and believes that this is paramount to long-term success.

2. Casey Bullard, PT, DPT, OCS: Outpatient Physical Therapist and Clinical Coordinator. Casey is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Myofascial Decompression Cupping (MFD). She has over 10 years of experience and is passionate about orthopedics and sports medicine. She values evidence-based research to create individualized treatment plans.

3. Ashlynn Lanford, PT, DPT: Outpatient Physical Therapist. Ashlynn graduated from LSU Shreveport in 2022 with her doctorate in physical therapy. She has experience providing rehabilitative care in outpatient clinical PT, home health, and SNF settings and believes in a comprehensive hands-on approach to all patient care. She is certified in dry needling and has a love for all manual therapies and soft tissue work.

4. Joshua Constantine, PTA: Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant. Joshua has been practicing physical therapy for 13 years and has experience in outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and home health settings. He has had specialized training in balance rehabilitation and manual therapy.

5. Alice Foreman, MA, CCC-SLP: Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist. Alice has over 10 years of experience and is Vital Stim certified. She specializes in improving overall swallowing function, diet tolerance, and returning to PO intake. She also helps patients improve their overall communication skills.
