Veritas is a local, family-owned and managed home health and private duty agency established in Boynton Beach, Florida in 2009. We are guided by only one principle - treat our patients like we treat our own parents and grandparents - with love, respect, compassion, and dignity.
Our mission is to care for the elderly in the comfort of their own homes, as an alternative to living in a nursing home or an assisted living facility. Given a choice, most seniors who need assistance would prefer to stay in their own homes for as long as possible, where they have more independence compared to living in an elderly facility.

We provide Skilled Nursing and Therapy Services at Home for patients who have been discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation center. Our qualified healthcare professionals will come to your home to provide the necessary care and treatment as prescribed by your physician.
Private Duty Skilled Nursing Services
Our Private Duty Skilled Nursing Services are designed for patients who require closer monitoring and care. Our skilled nurses will provide High Tech Injections, Wound Care, Medication Administration, and other specialized care services.
Caregiver Arrangements and Private Duty Caregiver Services
In addition to our medical services, we also offer Caregiver Arrangements and Private Duty Caregiver Services. Our caregivers will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily life tasks to ensure our patients receive the support they need.
