The Lighthouse Rehabilitation Center was founded in 1987 by Jim and Dorothea Wilson with a mission to provide exceptional care for individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, and behavioral health needs. The center's name reflects its purpose, making sure that the life its residents are living is a life worth living. With a focus on rehabilitation and recovery, the center offers a range of services including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, respite care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and much more.

The center's treating team is exceptional in rehabilitation and recovery, with a multidisciplinary approach that includes professionals in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, music therapy, social work, and psychological services. Additionally, the center offers vocational services, behavioral health support, and respiratory therapy, among other services.

They also provide specialized services such as Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES), Aquatic Therapy, Adaptive Sports, Hippotherapy, and LSVT BIG & LOUD, among others.
