CNC Press Brake Forming
Our CNC Press Brake Forming capabilities allow us to greatly reduce the time and cost associated with parts that require intricate or compound bends. We have an extensive assortment of common and special-purpose dies on hand, and forming capabilities up to 10' at 110 tons, which often eliminates the additional cost of expensive tooling.
CNC Punching
Our CNC Punching capabilities ensure that every job is evaluated to achieve maximum economics. We assess form, fit, function, quality, and quantity to determine that punching is the best method to produce an item. From there, the project will go to one of our high-production punching presses.
Laser-Cutting
Our Laser-Cutting capabilities utilize a CO2 laser to achieve a very high level of precision and edge quality. With CNC capability, our machines are capable of work areas measuring 120" x 72" x 36", up to 1" thick steel, 5/8" stainless steel, and 3" aluminum. We can cut a wide range of materials, including metal, plastics, and other materials.
Stamping / Tool & Die
We produce both long and short run stampings, working with various metals, including aluminum, brass, copper, beryllium copper, stainless steel, and high and low carbon steel. Typical stamped parts are clips, terminals, automotive parts, building products, special washers, shims, and all types of brackets.
Welding
Our Welding capabilities offer a range of welding methods, including MIG, TIG, Arc, and Spot Welding. We choose the best method for your project, ensuring exceptional results. As part of our value-added service to customers, we can provide welding solutions tailored to your specific needs.
Finishing
We offer a range of finishing options, including smooth or textured finishes, various coatings, and colors. Our powder-coated parts undergo a pretreatment system to ensure adhesion and superior corrosion resistance. Paint application is done by both automatic guns and hand-style processes.
Assembly and Engineering
We expertly handle assembly, hardware, final inking, stickers, and specialty packaging. Our team of skilled engineers can confirm your specifications to ensure you receive the highest-quality product. We offer value-added engineering services on all our projects.
