Steel Detailing Services

Hoffman Consultants can provide structural steel fabrication drawings. We can also provide structural engineering calculations for all types of connections. We use SDS/2 software to produce steel shop drawings. Hoffman Consultants can provide "early steel detailing" services. Our steel detailing services include the creation of detailed and precise fabrication drawings as well as the provision of structural engineering calculations for all types of steel connections. We utilize SDS/2 software to produce accurate and detailed steel shop drawings, enabling fabricators to efficiently and accurately fabricate steel structures. With our early steel detailing services, we provide detailed steel fabrication drawings in the early stages of a project, allowing for the early procurement of long-lead items and facilitating a smoother construction process.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) Services

Hoffman Consultants has a wide range of state-of-the-art computer design capabilities, which include the use of Ram Steel, Ram Frame, Ram Advance, Ram Beam, Ram Cad Studio, Revit, AutoCAD, SDS/2, STRUCALC, STRAAP, STAAD, and Steel Smart System. Our Building Information Modeling (BIM) services enable us to create accurate and detailed 3D models of structures, allowing for better visualization and coordination.
