Our Owners
Michael Laurenceau, co-founder and co-owner of Pierro's Italian Bistro, has a background in computer science and technology. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has helped grow Pierro's into a beloved destination in Fayetteville. Daniel Fair, our executive chef and co-founder, has a passion for cooking that was sparked by his Italian heritage. With decades of culinary experience, he has crafted a menu that is sure to delight your taste buds.
