What is Heron House's cancellation policy?
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit for reservations. Cancellations made outside the 30-day window receive a full refund of the deposit, while hurricane-related cancellations with evacuation orders receive a full refund including the deposit.
Are pets allowed at Heron House?
We do not allow pets at Heron House or Heron House Court to maintain our non-smoking, adult-only environment and ensure comfort for all guests.
Does Heron House offer airport transfers?
We do not provide direct airport transfers but can arrange taxi or shuttle services for guests arriving at Key West International Airport upon request.
Can I host a wedding at Heron House?
