Our Story
At Suvio's Pizzeria & Restaurant, our passion for food has been a driving force for over four decades. Established in 1979, our family-owned and operated business has been serving the community with a commitment to quality, tradition, and hospitality. Our founders, Nina and Consolato Rosania, immigrated to the United States from Italy in 1970 with a vision to create a successful Italian restaurant. Their recipe for success was simple: serve great homemade food at reasonable prices. Today, we remain true to our core values, offering a complete Neapolitan menu that specialises in homemade pizzas, calzones, and authentic parmigiana entrees.

Quality of Food and Service Issues
Several reviewers shared disappointing experiences with the quality of food and service at Suvio's. Andrew Girgis rated the pizzeria 1 star, stating that the pizza was horrible, toppings sucked, and the veal parm sandwich seemed old and tough to chew. Jeffrey Hall gave 2 stars, expressing disappointment with the chicken and pizza, but praised the young man waiting their table for being kind and polite. Matthew Hastings also received a 3-star rating, stating that the pizza had fallen off significantly in quality, with burnt and undercooked slices.
Unfriendly Staff
More than one reviewer mentioned that the staff, particularly the lady at the front counter, was unfriendly and even displayed signs of clinical depression. Andrew Girgis noted that the woman at the front counter seemed clinically depressed, while Veronica Lynn Smith described her as unwelcoming. Paula Raymond specifically mentioned that the staff member she interacted with hung up on her when she called to inquire about a catering menu.
Positive Comments
However, some reviewers did have positive experiences. Ajay Bansal rated the pizzeria 5 stars, praising the space, seating area, and cleanliness of the restrooms. Bryan Rodas also gave 5 stars, stating that the food was amazing, the price was fair, and the staff was exceptional. Michael Friedman and another anonymous reviewer rated the pizzeria 5 stars, with the former saying that the pizza was excellent and towards the top of the rankings in a crowded pizza town.
