At Orlando Gymnastics, we are dedicated to fostering physical and emotional well-being through positive coaching and fun, active classes for kids of all ages and ability levels. Our state-of-the-art facility in Orlando, Florida, offers a variety of programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of our members.
Our Facility
Our 18,000-square-foot facility features a foam pit, two Tumble Traks, two spring floors, and a complete set of men's and women's competitive team equipment. We also have a private dance studio with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and an inviting lobby with comfortable seating, tables, and complimentary wireless internet.
Programs and Services
We offer a range of programs and services, including recreational gymnastics, toddler and preschool gymnastics, tumbling classes, cheerleading, after-school programs, summer camps, birthday parties, and open gym nights for kids and adults. Our competitive women's gymnastics program includes Levels 1-10 and Xcel, and we also have a developmental boys gymnastics team. Additionally, we offer adult fitness and training options with our Flip & Fit adult gymnastics class.

Our team of experienced coaches and staff are passionate about gymnastics and dedicated to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for our members. Our coaches are highly trained and certified, and we maintain a low coach-to-student ratio to ensure personalized attention and instruction.
