Our Story

Marsha founded Starkey Property Management in 1997 with a passion for providing exceptional guest servicing and property management. With a background in HOA Management, Apartment Management, and Vacation Rentals, Marsha has built a reputation for excellence. Her commitment to the community is evident through her involvement with local organizations, serving on the Executive Board for the Port Aransas Chamber, and previously with the Texas Sandfest, Port Aransas Police Foundation, Port Aransas Art Center & the Port Aransas Preservation & Historical Association.
