- All residents need to stop at the office and register when they enter the park.
- The management of Bonita Mesa has final approval on all recreational vehicles (seasonal or annual) moving into the park.
- All indoor facilities are non-smoking.
- Speed limit in the park is 10 mph.
- Quiet times in the park are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily.
- Pool and Jacuzzi hours are from 9 am to 10 pm every day.
- All pets must be approved by management and no more than two pets per site.
