Our Story
At The Woodlands Golf & Country Club, we take pride in our rich history, which dates back to the acquisition of the club by Dave Thomas, the legendary founder of Wendy's. Although he is widely known for his burgers and catchphrases, few people know about his connection to our club. What sets us apart is our commitment to providing exceptional services, facilities, and experiences that cater to diverse interests and preferences.
Our Facilities and Services
Our 18-hole Championship Golf Course, designed by Russell Breeden, features lush Champion Bermudagrass Greens and accommodates players of all levels. The course plays 6658 yards from the blue tees, with a course rating of 72.0 and a slope of 132. Our golf professionals offer lessons and weekly clinics to help improve your game.
Tennis
The Woodlands is a premier facility for both junior and adult tennis players of all levels. Our PTR certified Tennis Professionals provide expert guidance and training to help you improve your skills. We have been recognized as a "Top Youth Tennis Provider" and take pride in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Swimming
Home of the league champion Wahoos Swim Team, our Swim Center offers a Junior-Olympic sized pool and toddler pool, along with a snack bar, ample patio space, and swim lessons for the whole family.
Clubhouse and Banquets
Our Member's Grill & Lounge features a full bar and kitchen, providing a beautiful banquet and patio space overlooking the golf course, making it an ideal venue for special events.
