Red Flag Reviews
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment and frustration with Northgate Auto Repair. Rhonda Cross and Just Let It Flow both gave the shop 1-star ratings, citing poor services and dishonest practices. Rhonda claimed that the shop ruined her car and took an extra day to fix it, while Just Let It Flow accused the shop of overcharging and not being able to diagnose her car's issue.
