Negative Reviews
The majority of the reviews are extremely negative, with several reviewers expressing disappointment and frustration with the service received. Jose Carreon, for example, states that the work done on his classic Porsche was "subpar, incomplete, and often took weeks." He also mentions that the owner, Robert, refused to provide quotes beforehand and that a substantial portion of the work needs to be redone.
Joshua Martinez shares a similar experience, claiming that the shop quoted him prices for work that was not necessary and that the owner lied to get him to pay for the repairs. Jen Stewart had an even more dire experience, stating that the shop spent 6 months working on her car and still did not complete the job correctly. She lists numerous issues with the finished job, including imperfections and missed paint spots.
