They also complained that the staff did not provide a clear weight reading or written receipt, and that the payment was made in cash without an electronic record.

Phillip LaJoie reported a discrepancy in the weighing process, stating that the scale at the facility showed a significantly lower weight than the actual weight of the item he brought in.
