Our Team
Our team is led by Abby Koch, LCSW, who is the owner of Good Therapy Counseling and a clinical therapist and divorce mediator. Abby specializes in couples' therapy and working with parents who struggle with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our clinical director, Michelle Rogers, LCSW, CADC, EMDR, has expertise in addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, grief, and anger. She works with teens, adults, couples, and adults with disabilities and their families. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective counseling services to help our clients achieve their goals.

Communication Issues
Some reviewers experienced frustration with the communication style of certain practitioners at Good Therapy. Alli Zanders waited over two months to receive her test results, and even then, the psychologist did not apologize or acknowledge the delay. Bradley De Rama had issues with the billing process, feeling that the practice waited too long to send bills and then tried to charge his card without approval.
Cancellation and Scheduling Issues
Jim Waters was extremely dissatisfied with the practice after they cancelled an appointment at the last minute via text message. He felt that this was unprofessional and uncaring. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, he never received a call back.
