Our mission is to provide Engaged Living and compassionate care to our Assisted Living residents, and those with Dementia, Alzheimer's. We believe that every resident needs to have a sense of purpose in life that will help them live a more abundant and fulfilled life and give a reason to get up every morning to make a difference.
Our Signature Program
Our Signature Program focuses on assisting our residents to engage in ways that impact the lives of other people. Whether connecting with a local elementary school to assist with projects and tutoring, or Engaging in Good with a local charity, we help our residents find a way to make a meaningful impact on the life of someone else.
Dining & Wellness
Dining is the one activity that every resident engages in several times each day, which makes it essential. Our culinary team will intentionally create dining experiences and menu plans that provide a unique culinary experience for all of our residents that includes a personal touch. Wellness is an integral part of FountainBrook assisted living and memory care. We create the best possible environment for our residents to flourish physically.
Assisted Living & Memory Care Services
A full range of services encourages a sense of freedom and self for both Assisted Living & Memory Care residents- while also providing a worry-free lifestyle. Our services include health and wellness programs, apartment maintenance, weekly housekeeping, all utilities (except telephone and private internet), personalized care plan, scheduled transportation, family-style meal, and many more.
Amenities
Our amenities include three meals daily, Engaged Life activities program, gardening club, music program, intergenerational program, Engaged fitness and wellness program, beauty and barbershop, game and craft rooms, pet therapy, and many more.
