At Collins Counseling & Associates, we believe that mental health is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going. Our team of 12 licensed counselors is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families in Alabama navigate the storms of life and discover peace and happiness.

Our goal is to provide a safe, private, and productive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We strive to help our clients develop the skills and strategies necessary to thrive in tough situations and overcome challenges that may be holding them back from a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Our Services

We offer a range of counseling services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as specialized treatment for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, chronic pain issues, grief counseling, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse problems, problem behavioral issues, trauma disorders, sex and gender issues, and court-ordered treatment. Our team of experts is committed to providing personalized solutions that cater to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Teletherapy in Alabama

In addition to our in-person services, we also offer teletherapy sessions to clients across Alabama. Our licensed counselors are available for online and phone appointments, making it easier than ever to access professional therapy from the comfort of your own home.
