Founded in 2015 by Amy Mayer, Little Green Kitchens was born out of a passion for reducing waste and promoting sustainability in the home renovation industry. Amy's own experience with kitchen renovation sparked the idea to create a platform where homeowners could buy and sell pre-owned luxury kitchens, reducing the environmental impact of traditional kitchen remodeling. With her background in the resale business and expertise in assessing value and marketing online, Amy created a unique brokerage model that caters to both buyers and sellers.

Services We Offer

We take pride in providing comprehensive services to both buyers and sellers of luxury kitchens. For buyers, we offer:

• Detailed measurements and photos to help determine layout changes necessary to fit the new kitchen into your space
• References to skilled tradespersons to install and repair where necessary

For sellers, we provide:

• Assessment of the value of your kitchen
• Measurement and photography of your kitchen
• Marketing of your kitchen to get you the highest dollar
• Handling of communication with buyers, written agreements, and facilitation of the exchange of funds

Our flat 40% commission fee includes all consultations, measurements, photos, advertising, communication with potential buyers, contracts, and arrangements for completion of sale.
