The reviews of Nola Discount Pharmacy vary greatly, with some customers having positive experiences and others being disappointed. One customer, Jessica Mckee, had a great experience after using the pharmacy for two years. She appreciated that the staff was able to provide her with a partial dose of her prescription after she didn't have enough cash on hand.
On the other hand, several customers had negative experiences. Demetrius Evans was unhappy with the new staff member who handled his prescription, which he had been using for years. He felt that he was treated unfairly and that the pharmacy was too demanding. C. S. had a mixed experience, but ultimately switched to Nola Discount due to the pharmacy's better prices.
Some customers felt that the staff at Nola Discount was unfriendly and unhelpful. Dee Gee was annoyed when the cashier asked her if she wanted her change, which she felt was intrusive. Brie Wright, an employee of another pharmacy, had a bad experience after dropping off her prescription and being told that it was still not ready 3.5 hours later. Jeff Dongieux was unhappy with the pharmacy's inability to stock certain prescriptions and with the long wait times.
Frank Poche Poche was disappointed with the pharmacy's king cakes, which he found to be stale and hard. He was also told that the cakes were stale because they were rotated, rather than being freshly baked.
Overall
While some customers had positive experiences with Nola Discount Pharmacy, others were disappointed with the service, staff, and products. Issues with prescription fulfillment, customer service, and product quality were common complaints.
