Our Story
Alloco Real Estate Management was founded on strong principles and values, and our family has owned and operated a residential real estate portfolio in the greater Rochester area since 1969. Our story began with my father, Ralph G. Alloco, who started working as a mason, carpenter, and cab driver. He founded RVA trucking, one of the largest trucking companies in Western New York, and later ventured into the manufactured housing business. In 1965, he purchased his first small apartment building, and in 1969, he founded Alloco Real Estate Management.
