Access Control and Parking

We understand the importance of security and convenience, which is why we have implemented an access control system to ensure that only authorized residents and guests have access to our buildings. All gates require an access device or windshield reader strip for entrance. New owners can obtain access devices and parking stickers from the previous owner or the management office.

Moving and Logistics

We understand that moves can be stressful, which is why we provide a set of guidelines to ensure that your move-in and move-out process runs smoothly. All moves must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance and must be completed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. We also offer limited weekend move scheduling with a fee.

Board Meetings and Association Dues

At Peachtree Walk Condominium, we pride ourselves on being a well-run and financially stable community. Our board meetings are held monthly, and minutes from these meetings are available on our website. Our association dues are among the lowest in the area, making it an attractive option for those looking for a luxurious lifestyle without breaking the bank.
