- Flat Fee MLS Listing Packages: Our Basic Flat Fee Listing package starts at $495 and includes listing on the Albuquerque Realtor MLS, listing on 30+ national real estate websites, and more.
- Full Service Flat Fee Listing: For $1995, our Full Service Flat Fee Listing package includes all the benefits of our Basic Flat Fee Listing package, plus use of a Realtor Lockbox, and assistance with negotiating offers and closing the transaction.
- Pay At Closing Listing: For 1.5% at closing, our Pay At Closing Listing package includes all the services of our Full Service Flat Fee Listing package.
- FSBO Purchase Agreement: For $995, our FSBO Purchase Agreement package includes assistance with paperwork and negotiations for sellers who already have a buyer.
