Our Team
Our Executive Chef, Dennis Fernandez, is one of the pioneers of paellas in Miami, one of the co-founders of EL Rey De La Paella, and has been doing paellas since 1994 with his mom and grandfather. Dennis did his first Paella in 1999 by himself and since then, he has only burned one paella and over salted two of them! He is a great talented chef that has done a little over 10,000 paellas in his career and has won multiple awards like the 2006 Best Taste in the Wine and Food Festival with Chef Adam Perry Lang by Martha Steward. He has worked with the Best chefs in the world like Guy Fieri, Bobby Fley, Emeril Laggaci, Michael Muran, just to mention a few of them, and today one of the food directors of the Swine and Wine at the Biltmore hotel.
Our Executive Manager, Aileen Fernandez, counts with an extended experience in Customer service and quality control. Her background of excellence will only impress you. Our well-trained staff is ready to assist you with your needs.

We have an extended variety of appetizers to choose from, and we can even make a custom dessert for you.
