Unsatisfactory Experiences
Two patients have expressed their disappointment and frustration with this Optometrist's office. The tone of their reviews is overwhelmingly negative, with both authors highlighting significant issues with the office's policies and staff.
Long Wait Times and Poor Customer Service
Erin Lachapelle, who gave the office a 1-star rating, had multiple bad experiences. She mentioned long wait times, including a 50-minute wait for her appointment, and a 40-minute wait for a previous appointment. She was also left to wait while the receptionists gossiped, which made her feel unwelcome. When she asked for a referral to another doctor due to the office's inefficiencies, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful.
Communication Issues
Joseph Ciejka, who gave the office a 2-star rating, had a problem with booking an appointment. He left two voicemail messages with no response, and eventually decided to switch to a different Optometrist. He expressed disappointment that the office had changed for the worse over time.
