Our story began with Terry O'Reilly, who started his insurance career in 1982 and quickly excelled in the field. Terry's experience in property and casualty and life insurance sales, captive and independent retail sales operations, district sales management, and running an independent agency network has been instrumental in shaping IPA into what it is today.
Throughout the years, Terry has received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including the 2020 President's Award from Safeco, the 2019 Platinum 25 designation from Progressive, and the 2018 Champion Award from Nationwide. These accolades are a testament to IPA's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Meet the Executive Team
At the helm of IPA is Terry O'Reilly, President and CEO, who has spent over three decades in the insurance industry. Terry is joined by Adam O'Reilly, Controller, who has a background in the professional sports industry and has been instrumental in automating the commissions process. Rounding out the executive team is Dave O'Reilly, Director of Operations, who has experience as an independent agent and now oversees agency recruiting and consults with agents going through the direct carrier appointment process.
