At Aquavista, we pride ourselves on being a premier resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful sandy white beaches and emerald blue waters of Panama City Beach. Our unique name, "Aquavista, " means "Water View" in Latin, and it's a name that perfectly captures the essence of our stunning condominium complex.

Our Exceptional Condos

Our condominiums consist of two buildings, each with 42 units, offering covered parking and two sets of elevators. With only 84 total units, our low-density development means no waiting for elevators or long lines. Our spacious condos range from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet, with beautifully designed floor plans and expansive balconies. Our three-bedroom units feature 1400 square feet of living space and 309 square feet of covered wrap-around balcony space.

At Aquavista, we understand the importance of comfort and relaxation. That's why we've designed our complex with an array of amenities to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. Our amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and covered parking. We also offer a range of services to make your stay more enjoyable, including a dedicated beach access and beach services.

Gated Community

Our community is gated, providing an added layer of security and peace of mind for our residents. Our professional management team is available seven days a week to ensure that every need is met and every concern is addressed.

Parking Permits

At Aquavista, parking permits are required of guests while on property. All parking permits must be obtained from our website, and any other permits or passes issued by owners or property management companies are not valid. Once the parking permit form request has been completed, the appropriate permit and receipt will be emailed to you for printing and display.

Residents and Rentals

Aquavista condominiums are individually owned, and many of our owners choose to rent their units to visitors. Whether you're looking for a vacation home or a rental property, we have a range of options to suit your needs.

About Our Association

The Aquavista Condominium Association is governed by a Board of Directors of five people, who meet regularly to take care of the business of the Association. The annual owner's meeting is held on the second Saturday in October of each year. Our property and administration are managed by Virtuous Management Group.
