Our six-story building has been carefully remodeled to preserve the historic architecture of the 1930s, while incorporating modern amenities and services to meet the needs of our residents.

Our spacious apartments are fully appointed with modern appliances, designer window treatments, and emergency pull cords in each bedroom and bathroom. Our community features a state-of-the-art movie theater, a library with a computer learning center, a community room for social activities, and laundry facilities on every floor.
In addition to our amenities, we offer convenient services such as security video monitoring, cable-ready connections, and hot water included in every apartment. Our residents can also take advantage of our on-site service coordinator to assist with any needs or services they may require.
