Positive Experiences
The majority of customers had excellent experiences with Quick Laptop Repair. They praised the store owner, Abi, for being knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Customers appreciated the fast and efficient service, with one customer's laptop being fixed in under 30 minutes. Another customer was impressed by the store's honesty and transparency, especially when explaining the different types of iPhone screens. Many customers noted that the store's prices were competitive and better than other repair shops.
Serious Concerns
Unfortunately, not all customers had a positive experience. Two customers had extremely negative encounters. One customer, Mikaela Addeo, had her laptop taken in for repair but was never actually fixed. She was told that the power button was broken and that she needed a new computer, which is not true. When she tried to pick up her laptop, she was told that the space bar wasn't fixed either. Instead of fixing the issues, the store owner took her money and never touched the computer. The other customer, Manaya Hayden, had a similar experience. She took her laptop to the store and was told that additional services were needed, despite the initial diagnosis. When she refused to pay for these additional services, the store gave her the runaround.
