Our story began when Roy Kopstein, an environmentalist and businessman, saw the value in waste long before such ideas became mainstream. He began picking up discarded cardboard boxes that held boots and uniforms of boys who went off to war, recycling them for the war effort. This marked the birth of Miami Waste Paper.
