Exceptional Patient Experience
The reviews highlight a stark contrast between two types of experiences patients had with the orthopedic office. One group of patients received exceptional care, while the other group had a disappointing and unprofessional experience.
Positive Experiences
Patients who had positive experiences praised the kindness and compassion of the staff, including the doctor's exceptional knowledge and attention to their concerns.
