Unreliable and Inexperienced Caregivers
Some families have had poor experiences with Family Tree, a company that provides childcare services. One reviewer, Jenny Newman, gave the company 2 stars after a new employee sent to their home was inexperienced and spent most of the time on her phone while watching their children. The employee also took the children on an unauthorized outing to a gas station, which raised concerns among the family.

Disappointing Experience
