Staff Interaction and Customer Service

On the negative side, Kami Hancock had a terrible experience with Carol, who was extremely rude and dismissive when discussing Hancock's dog, Riker. Cleanliness and Attention to Detail
Kami Hancock was appalled by the condition in which her dog, Riker, was returned to her. Riker was filthy, wet, and muddy, with dirty paws. This lack of attention to detail and care for the dog's cleanliness was unacceptable. In contrast, the other positive reviewers did not mention any issues with cleanliness or attention to detail.
