Unsatisfactory Customer Service
The first review is very negative. The author, Yo Yo, gave the agency 1 star and had a poor experience when they called to inquire about their services. The representative who answered the phone was very rude and did not have the time to help them. The representative told them to research on the website and figure out how to submit their inquiry, but when asked where to find that information, the representative again became rude and said they didn't have time to provide assistance.
Exceptional Service and Long-Term Relationships
The second review is very positive. Adam Vernier, who has been a client since 2003, gave the agency 5 stars and reported that he finds them to be professional and connected. He mentions that he has had no other agent as good as BTG, and he does not need to look elsewhere for representation in the Southeast.
No Specific Feedback
The third review is brief and does not provide any specific feedback about the agency's services. RichardVASoon simply asks if the agency represents voiceovers for cartoon shows on TV.
