Our Products

At KC Welding, we offer a range of high-quality products designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our flagship product is the KC Clamp, which is a heavy-duty external alignment clamp with machine-bored pipe pads for the best fit-up. We also offer standard clamps that provide dependable pipe alignment at a more affordable and lightweight price point. For welders who demand the best pipe clamps, we offer KC Toggle Clamps, which are heavy-duty outside alignment clamps that are built to last. Additionally, we offer heavy-duty square drive ratchet wrenches for use on our clamps or anything else with a square head. Our MIG Welding Guns are another popular product, known for their roller bearing design, which enables a comfortable 75-degree weld angle.

Our History

KC Welding was founded in November 1946 by Carl Kolb and George Conover, each contributing the "K" and "C" of their last names, respectively. We started as a job-shop to fill the needs of local Bartlesville businesses, operating out of a 2-car garage. In the mid-1950s, we began developing our own products for use in the pipeline industry, including the external line-up clamp (KC Clamp) and the G-100 MIG Welding Gun, which we continue to manufacture and ship globally. Our welding gun has been a favorite in the pipeline industry ever since, due to its roller bearing design. Over the years, we have manufactured a variety of products, including double joint racks, beveling machines, and internal line-up clamps. Notably, our clamps and welding gun assemblies were used extensively during the construction of the TransAlaska Pipeline System.

We have introduced a lighter weight and more economical clamp, called The Standard Line, as an alternative to our heavy-duty KC Clamp.
