Positive: The reviewers who had positive experiences praised the therapist Erin Clark's skills, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional mental health care.
Negative: One reviewer had a negative experience due to poor communication and a failure to respect his decision not to pursue services.

Patient Satisfaction

The reviews for this practice reveal a mixed bag of experiences. While some patients have had overwhelmingly positive interactions, others have had disappointing and even detrimental experiences.

Excellent Care

Several reviewers have expressed their gratitude and admiration for the therapist Erin Clark. One patient, Krystal Salle, credits Erin with helping her grow as a person and working through significant life traumas. Another patient, Rachael Dodier, highly respects Erin's clinical skills and would recommend her practice to anyone seeking mental health care.

Poor Service

On the other hand, Adam Dewis had a catastrophic experience with the practice. He alleged that the practice failed to follow up on scheduling appointments, sent him texts and calls despite him declining their services, and ultimately made his issue worse. This negative review suggests that the practice may have room for improvement in its communication and customer service.

Best Practice

Jenny Given's review is brief but glowing, describing the practice as "a model practice" that demonstrates exceptional care and support.
