Project Management Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the project management aspects of working with LuminFire. A common theme is the lack of communication, missed deadlines, and failed promises. The company's inability to deliver on its commitments has led to significant delays and ultimately, the decision to seek alternative solutions.
Unusable Deliverables
One reviewer's experience is particularly troubling. Jennifer Darden hired LuminFire in March 2021 to build a database, which was supposed to be completed within a year. However, after spending over $37,000, she received nothing usable until she decided to build the database in-house. This suggests that LuminFire may not be capable of delivering quality results, even after extended periods of time.
Lack of Transparency
The fact that at least one 5-star review listed on Google is from an employee of LuminFire raises questions about the authenticity of reviews. This lack of transparency can erode trust and make it difficult for potential clients to make informed decisions about working with the company.
