Freshness Issues with Flower Bouquet
Marie D. gave the bouquet she received three stars, citing its beauty and attention to detail as positives. The bouquet featured white tulips, mini roses, and white and purple hyacinths, which Marie appreciated. She also commended the contactless delivery. However, Marie had issues with the freshness of the flowers.
She reported that some flowers arrived already looking a bit wilted, and by the fourth day, she had to discard almost half of the bouquet. Despite regularly changing the water and cutting the edges of the stems, some flowers remained fresher than others. Marie expected the bouquet to last for a week, but unfortunately, it did not meet her expectations.
