Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality early childhood education and after-school care programs that foster spiritual, academic, and social-emotional growth in children from diverse backgrounds. We partner with families to support their children's journey and empower them to become compassionate, confident learners and responsible citizens.

Our team of experienced and passionate educators is led by:

• Mary Lou Rogers, Area Manager, brings decades of experience in education leadership to her role, guiding the Arizona region of Compass programs.
• Tracy Vasquez, Ph. D., Regional Director, is a visionary leader dedicated to providing transformative educational experiences for all students.
