With over 60 years of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry, our principles, Charles Cotten and Bobby Stewart, have a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record of success.

Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of two highly experienced professionals, each with their own unique background and expertise. Charles Cotten has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on development and finance. Prior to starting CSE Commercial Real Estate, he was the top executive at Cousins Properties, responsible for third-party management services and leasing. Charles has also played a pivotal role in several notable projects, including the successful completion of Las Colinas/DCURD Global Solution.

Bobby Stewart, our other principal, has 33 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on development, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining CSE Commercial Real Estate, he served as Vice President for Cousins Properties, responsible for the Las Colinas account.
