Growing up, our parents would take us on vacation to resorts in Denver, but we soon realized that we couldn't find the authentic Mexican food we craved. We longed for the flavors we grew up with, the aromas that filled our home, and the dishes that brought our family together.
Our History
Our journey began on Father's Day in 2009, when our family decided to bring a piece of Puebla to Denver. We wanted to share the authentic flavors of our hometown with the community, where we could enjoy the same delicious dishes we grew up with. With the help of our parents, Andres and Mune, we set out to create a restaurant that would transport Denverites to the heart of Puebla.
