Founded on the principles of fairness, equality, and community advancement, Nu-Way Staffing was established with the vision of creating a positive impact on the lives of individuals deserving of a second chance. Our story begins with the personal experience of our founder, Michael Hollingsworth, who saw firsthand the challenges faced by those re-entering society after serving time in prison. His father spent close to four years in prison, and several years searching for gainful employment, to no avail. This experience motivated Michael to create Nu-Way Staffing to provide a platform for deserving citizens to find gainful employment.
