Poor Experience and Negativity
The reviews for Midwest Detox and Residential Treatment Center are overwhelmingly negative, with several reviewers expressing frustration and disappointment with their experience. Shadow had a particularly poor experience, reporting being discriminated against and bullied by staff members, and being wrongfully discharged from the program. They also felt that the center was more interested in getting rid of them rather than dealing with the underlying issues. Ron Ratlan had a similar experience, reporting that the staff was rude and unhelpful, and that the food was always late and cold. Linda Bakerui You Know described the center as a "money pit" that failed to provide the services they promised, and instead prioritized profits over patient care.
Inconsistencies and Poor Facilities

Kristin reported feeling supported and loved by the staff, and that the center helped her overcome her addiction.
