Poor Experience with O'Connor Bros.
Negative Reviews
Several reviewers had a poor experience with O'Connor Bros., citing issues with tardiness, poor communication, and high prices. Mamadou Coulibaly, for example, had to delete his previous post and create a new one because he couldn't add another review. He expressed disappointment with the quality of service, stating that he wouldn't wish for anyone to take a picture with O'Connor Bros.
Mayra Ramirez also had a frustrating experience. She purchased a picture package in September 2020 but didn't receive her photos until two years later. Multiple attempts to contact the company were met with no response.
Juicy Bish felt overcharged for her photos, which she ordered at school. She was surprised by additional shipping fees that were not disclosed upfront.
