Exceptional Service

The reviews highlight two vastly different experiences with this company. Jackie Bonanno had a five-star experience with a representative named Vaun at the Miami Airport, who helped her navigate a difficult situation involving misplaced luggage. Vaun's assistance was exceptional, and Jackie is forever grateful.

Disappointing and Inhumane Treatment

In contrast, Shelby Zacher and Sergio had a negative experience with the company's employee, Victor. Shelby was left stranded on the sidewalk for over two hours without assistance when Victor failed to provide help. The situation was exacerbated by Victor's unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Sergio had a similar experience, describing the company's administration as awful and the service as poor. He felt that the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the owner was disrespectful.

Subpar Service and Lack of Sympathy

Lynnette Sparkman-McLaurin had a mediocre experience with the company. Her bag was damaged during transportation, and she reached out to the office to report the issue. However, the manager's response was unsatisfactory, and Lynnette ultimately received a cheap replacement bag instead of a comparable one.
