Interview Experience
The interview process for the sales support position was unprofessional and disorganized. The HR representative failed to inform the candidate that the position was already filled before the interview, wasting the candidate's time and commute. Additionally, the HR representative kept the candidate waiting for 30 minutes and then rescheduled the interview for another time without a valid reason.

Product Quality Issues
There are concerns about the quality of products sold by the company. One customer experienced skin damage and scarring from a defective item, and despite multiple attempts, was unable to get in touch with the company to resolve the issue. Another customer had a similar experience with a breast lift tape that tore off skin when removed.
