Positive: The company was highly rated by two customers for their exceptional service and professionalism.
Negative: The company received criticism for poor customer service and pricing concerns, with one customer feeling ignored and another feeling they were overcharged.

Customer Satisfaction

Some customers had negative experiences with the company, while others were completely satisfied.

Pricing Concerns

Jay gave the company 1 star, stating that they use an informal introduction, which made him feel like they were prioritizing large jobs over smaller ones. He also felt that they were price gouging due to their small job size. This suggests that some customers may be concerned about the value they receive in relation to the cost.

Exceptional Service

On the other hand, Sue Poulson and Stacy Draper both awarded the company 5 stars. Sue praised the company for a job well done and expressed her willingness to hire them again and refer others to them. Stacy was impressed with the staff's politeness, communication, and thoroughness in conducting the survey. Both customers highly recommended the company to others.

Poor Customer Service

April Kruczkowski gave the company 1 star, citing poor customer service as the reason. Although she was willing to wait for the survey, she was frustrated that no one responded to her phone calls or online inquiries regarding an estimate. This lack of communication left her feeling ignored and disappointed.
