Founded by Elsa Gatchalian in 1994, our facility is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health as an Adult Care Home and Assisted Living Facility.
Our Story
With over 25 years of experience as a nurse technician, Elsa's passion is providing personalized care to all her clients. Combined with continuous hospital training and caring for the elderly, Elsa's Adult Care Home is dedicated to helping our residents regain their maximum potential in a home setting environment with dignity and gladness. Our facility has a ZERO deficiency in the 2009 Annual AZ Dept. of Health compliance and health inspection, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our residents.
Our Services
At Elsa's Adult Care Home, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our residents. Our professional certified caregivers and nurse assistants provide personalized care, including serving nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks, free laundry service and daily housekeeping, pre-arranged transportation to doctor appointments, medication monitoring, and professional medical home visits from registered nurse practitioners and therapists. We also offer a range of amenities, including a home setting environment with a maximum of 10 residents, very clean, odor-free, spacious private and semi-private rooms available, a backyard with a ramada, and an ADA (American Disabilities Act) accessible facility equipped with an automatic fire-sprinkler system.
