Satisfactory Experience
Coleen Walter had a positive experience with Peppy Heating and Air Conditioning. She praised the young man who did an excellent job preparing her furnace for the winter and also installed the filter she had purchased earlier.
Terrible Experience
Sarah Paige, Megan Hedges, and Bradley Hille, on the other hand, had extremely negative experiences with Aloha Property Management (APM). Sarah's daughter passed away due to an emergency that required breaking into their apartment, and APM refused to renew their lease. They were also pursued for the last month's rent and had their $2000 deposit withheld. Megan reported that she was treated poorly by Kaylee, the property manager, who was unwilling to accommodate her medical needs or provide a temporary parking pass for her family members. Kaylee even sued them for the last month's rent after they left early and filed a claim against their deposit. Bradley had a similar experience, where he was asked to pay double the security deposit because his landlord did not respond to APM's calls in a timely manner.
