Pet Policy
We welcome pets in our community and offer a pet-friendly environment. The pet policy includes a $250 pet deposit and a $250 non-refundable fee, as well as a monthly pet rent of $10 per pet.

Poor Living Conditions and Disrespectful Staff
The majority of the reviews highlight issues with the living conditions and staff behavior at Campeche Cove. Several reviewers, including Kelley Hull and Laii Creates, reported infestations of cockroaches and rodents, with Hull stating that despite multiple spraying attempts, the problem persists. Creates criticized Taylor, the leasing agent, for being unprofessional and refusing to help resolve the issue.
Mixed Opinions about Staff
While some reviewers had negative experiences with staff, others had positive interactions. Cherie Spencer praised Taylor for her excellent communication skills and empathy, stating that she stayed calm and comforted Spencer despite her initial frustration.
Mixed Environmental and Maintenance Reviews
Reviews about the environmental and maintenance aspects of the complex are mixed. Erika Hanson reported issues with German roaches, but noted that the unit was generally fine and management was nice. Michael Coone and Marvelous Maurva praised the complex's grounds, pool, and gym, while Maurva noted that it was well-maintained and clean.
Disputes with Management
Vickey Carter reported issues with a disputed deposit charge and inability to get her deposit back, stating that the new manager failed to respond to her calls and messages. Carter also provided evidence of her 60-day notice and confirmation from the previous manager, Monique Hernandez.
